Hoping Everyone is gearing up at the end of the year for a peaceful and joyful Holiday Season. We at Gulf Coast Realty are still busy closing out the deals, readjusting our office, and looking forward to a prosperous new year here in Gulfport. With Gulfport harbor under construction to be the SECOND LARGEST PORT on the Gulf of Mexico, and the military presence with Keesler AFB, and the Navy CB base, plus large contracts making Northrup Grumman hiring more people, and NOAA and NASA here on the coast bringing in higher paying tech jobs, the future is looking brighter for the coast.
While the devastation caused by Katrina hasn't been completely healed , and with the national economy slowing things down here locally in the real estate market, we are still a great place to come.
With the Beautiful Gulf of Mexico, Our great fishing, golf courses, excellent restaurants, 24 hour gaming at over 12 casinos, and the wonderful people here, this is sure to be a great investment and/or retirement spot. Plus the Gulf Coast is an ideal location to visit New Orleans or Mobile, both of which are about an hour away.
