Boy it has been a busy month here in Santa Claus Indiana. Our real estate market is absolutely HOPPING and I am currently preparing to close out 5 purchases (3 of which are vacant lots) and negotiating on a deal that can only be described as "Life-Changing".
Needless to say - I have had next to NO time to blog. If I get 10 minutes a day to read blogs - I am happy but getting time to put my thoughts together and post a blog topic has proven to be unattainable.
Today it was pretty hot outside - which is great, but the humidity is hard on me and it always seems to be the case that I wind up having to be out more on the humid days vs. the non-humid ones. Oh Well; Such is Life and it's all in a days work I suppose. (Not Complaining Really)

Spencer County Indiana is #7!

Just This Evening - I was contacted by the Obama Campaign.
It looks like they're setting up a Spencer County Obama Group and asked me to be a part of it.
Regardless of fellow "Bloggers" opinions are; please remember that we are each given the right to choose and should never badger or attack those who have views that differ from our own.
It is nearly 9:00 PM and I am still answering email and waiting for a phone call (pertaining to a deal) and it looks to be a very long night. Happy Day to everyone and Much Success Tomorrow!
