Ray Grant Fix and Flip Houses

I need a private investor(s) for fix and flip houses in northern colorado. Houses will range from $50,000 - $200,000. I am looking at a loan to value of no higher that 70% of the fixed up retail cost. We will then purchase the house for the 70% of the fixed up cost, minus any repairs that need to be made.
