After three great assignments to Fort Jackson, we decided to retire in Columbia. We have lived here for a total of 12 years now. Maritza and I (high school sweethearts) have been married for 30 years. We have three grown children of which two are serving our country in the Army. We have three granddaughters that we are spoiling to no end, and a beautiful German Shepherd named Roxy. We are active members of Columbia World Outreach.

I spent many years helping people achieve their goals (I loved it!). Furthermore, I understand that although time is of the essence when trying to relocate ones family, there is more to the process than just finding a house. Having moved over twenty times during my military career, I have first-hand experience in relocation matters and a true appreciation for smooth transitioning into new homes, schools and communities for families. Whether you are buying your first home, moving up, investing or relocating, I promise resilience and excellent results in achieving your goals.

Great Time to Buy in Columbia, SC

Is Your Cup Half Full…

How do you typically embrace the world? Are you constantly waiting for the storm to arrive, or do you look forward to a day of uncertainty? Do you typically see the good and positives in most situations, or are you constantly looking over your shoulder? Your attitude makes a dramatic difference on your response and experience to situations.
With the government stepping in to aide, or potentially take over Fanny Mae and Freddie Mac, we are seeing another challenge hit the financial markets.

Chicken Little Market News

Hello Everyone,

I don’t know about you, but I am tired of the “chicken little” reporting that we hear every minute of every day. We hear “The economy is horrible, banks are collapsing, real estate is bad, the world is ending, blah, blah, blah”.
