Boy it has been a busy month here in Santa Claus Indiana. Our real estate market is absolutely HOPPING and I am currently preparing to close out 5 purchases (3 of which are vacant lots) and negotiating on a deal that can only be described as "Life-Changing".
Needless to say - I have had next to NO time to blog. If I get 10 minutes a day to read blogs - I am happy but getting time to put my thoughts together and post a blog topic has proven to be unattainable.

The weather is beautiful today - No Humidity in the air and perfect for taking a walk after supper. I received an email from a friend this afternoon that was a forward containing some really wonderful pictures that are centered around celebrating the Fourth of July. I saved several of them on my hard drive and thought I'd share 2 of them with you.
