This is a question..not a typical blog... Anyone using an iphone? I currently am using a Palm Treo (my third) and I am curious about the iphone. My son has an Itouch (an Iphone without the phone part) and I think it's incredibly cool. I'm hoping for some input. Thanks!

Here's a strategy that has been working for me. I live (and work) in Central Florida, a relatively crowded Real Estate market. What has been pretty successful of late is regarding price drops. Say for example you have a home for sale that is $250,000. You've gotten no showings and it comps out. What I have suggested to my sellers is to add 1 or 2% to the buyer agent commission. $250,000 x.02 = $5000. I then send an eflyer to the local Realtors announcing the raise in Buyer Agent commission.
